WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama has confirmed the death of Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in Pakistan and his body is in US possession.
He said US forces attacked a compound where the terrorist was hiding deep in Pakistan.
No American forces were hurt in the operation, the US president said.
