SINGAPORE: Rock band Whitesnake, best known for their hit songs like "Still of the Night" and "Fool for Your Loving", will perform in Singapore for the first time on November 1.
The quintet, led by former Deep Purple vocalist David Coverdale, will rock out at Fort Canning Park as part of its 2011 'FOREVERMORE' Tour, to promote their latest studio album "FOREVERMORE".
Formed in 1977, Whitesnake has undergone many transformations over the years that saw it shed and gain many members.
Its leader, 59-year-old David Coverdale, is the only remaining original member of the group, which has released 11 studio albums to date.
Tickets for Whitesnake's Singapore concert will go on sale on July 15.
