BARCELONA - Ricky Rubio will leave his current club Regal Barcelona to play in the NBA next season, the highly-rated Spanish point guard said on Friday.
"I have finally decided to go to the NBA. I have a dream that now can become reality," Rubio told a news conference.
The 20-year-old Spain international was selected fifth in the draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves in June 2009 before electing to stay in Spain for two seasons.
