Fans of Suede and James Blunt, rejoice. You will be able to catch the British acts live in Singapore come August.
Britpop pioneers Suede are set to perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Wednesday, 3 August.

Comprising of Brett Anderson, Mat Osman, Simon Gilbert, Richard Oakes and Neil Codling, the band have achieved three number 1 albums, including their self-titled debut, which also won the Mercury Prize in 1993. Suede disbanded in 2003, having already released five albums.
The alternative rockers reformed at the beginning of 2010 for a Teenage Cancer Trust gig at the Royal Albert Hall, and, due to the sheer joy of playing together again, a brief tour in Europe soon followed.

Suede last performed in Singapore in 2003, and die-hard fans can expect an amazing, nostalgic show with a hit laden set, reminiscent of the nineties definitive years.
Their performance will be followed by that of English singer and songwriter James Blunt, who will play at the Singapore Indoor Stadium one week later, on 11 August.
The 37-year-old is a former British cavalry captain who served under NATO in Kosovo in 1999, commanding a tank battalion. He shot to fame in 2005 with his debut album, Back to Bedlam, which produced hit singles such as "Goodbye My Lover" and "You're Beautiful".
Now with three albums to his name, Blunt's latest album, Some Kind Of Trouble, contrasts greatly with his previous efforts, which were written alone on an acoustic guitar, and were more melancholic.
The album, released in 2010, saw him record with an electric guitar while collaborating with other musicians, reflecting the upbeat and rocking new sounds.
"The second album was quite introverted. It was about perception. But these new songs are not about fame and celebrity — they're about reality," Blunt said in a statement. "I've been hanging out with my friends, writing songs about the world we live in, and where we want to go."

Despite the serious and sensitive image he portrays, Blunt is known to bring high energy and quality musicianship to his concerts. While passionate about making new music, Blunt has confessed that the ultimate joy comes from performing and sharing them with an audience.
"Put the album out and get me on tour," he said. "We're going to have the time of our lives playing these songs."
