A couple’s intimate public display of affection at a foam party on New Year’s Eve 2010 has sparked a heated debate online.

These are the questions being asked after a man was caught on camera putting his hand down a woman’s bikini bottom and kissing her neck passionately. The picture was first uploaded on citizen journalism site STOMP.
From the photo, it seems the blue bikini-clad woman is oblivious to the people in attendance and allowed herself to be touched in front of everyone at the party.
Chinese daily Lianhe Wanbao reported that the man looked to be of Eurasian heritage. It’s not clear where the party was being held.
While some readers online said such indecent behaviour should be made punishable, others said such incidents are normal at foam parties and it was not something unusual.
In a similar incident at the 2009 Sentosa New Year’s Eve countdown party, four men were caught on camera openly molesting a bikini-clad woman.
